porting problem

hello,i can`t use porting on any bosses exept in normal mode i play since over 10y i used to do porting before but after some pause i had when i get back in game don`t working anymore

 

Hello. You need the "keys of valor" to enter and port to bosses of higher than usual difficulty. The keys of valor can be bought by knocking them out from the guards who appear after clearing the location (dungeon). In addition, the keys of valor fall out of the Khepre beetle in the Great Desert

 

ty for effort but i have unlimited amount of key`s,is not about that more than a bug in my account

 

1) post a screenshot of "map access window" so we can see if there is a problem that we can help to solve

2) have you tried to enter in boss map without use teleport items?

 

i got no problem entering through the map only porting,it says `region entry not fullfilled` i checked all cityes for any possible mission left multiply times but all done

after i spent days looking and wandering through maps i recon when i opened the guerded chest in twisted woods achievement didn`t recorded so i believe it can be the only reason i can`t port nor travel directly to some paralel world maps,exp to halls of dead i must go through elysium,i try to redo the twisted woods but not possible all important stumps are dimed,so u guys have any solution for this

ty for respond but like i said above i finished all this killed all bosses opened the box but exatly there was a bug my achievement for guarded box not recorded,so now is impossible to redo missions

 

Have you tried contacting in-game support? They may be able to assist you, if you are certain that it is an account issue.

Regarding earlier quests, have you also checked the earliest ones in maps like Grimford, etc.? Even in Kingshill. Keep in mind to watch out for some quests that may become greyed out once you lvl up too high above them ^^

 

I once had a similar problem, I didn't complete the mission and then there was no way to continue. I contacted support and told them to delete the mission so I could start it again, that's how I solved the problem.
