quiver, Sharr kharab

    After spending many hours and thousands of essences to get that quiver, I noticed that it just does not work, does no harm, the visual effect is still there but that's just it.
    I tested with a bunch of monsters and in the kingshill arena but no effect.
    PS: I have the same item in my spellwaver and it seemed to work normally until a while ago.

    truth, I went to test here and really, the fists of sharr karab until it appears, but it does not cause any harm
