How to enter parallel worlds

    Hi, I'm a lvl 31 DK. Since i have no more quests, I'm trying to enter the parallel worlds, but it seems that I still can't (not available from the travel stone, and I don't doesn't seem to exist a contiguous map). Is this correct? Thank you.
