    Hello , i had a sigri torso with a 14.20% increased dmg. My dmg was 11.500 - 15.200.
I crafted a leg torso with 34% increased dmg and i crafted it on sigri's torso and my dmg went to 11997 - 15819 . I gained 400 min dmg and 600 max dmg.
How is that possible ? I increased my dmg to 20% (34%-14.20) and i gained only this dmg?
I remove my 9% karabossa pauldrons and i lose 500dmg.
How a 9% increased dmg gives me 500 dmg and a 20% gave me the same dmg?

    Thanks

    The shoulders have
    1. Base damage
    2. 9,0-12,0% increased damage
    3. 22,22% increased maximum damage for equiping 3 items of the set

Next time take out both the torso and shoulders and
    1. add torso
    2. write down the result
    3. remove the torso
    4. add pauldrons
    5. write down the result
    6. compare the results

I only have 1 part of the set , im not using the 3x part with the 22%
For the record , i took the 35% buff from the things in the q's and the result ?
    From 11997 - 15819 to 13746 - 18126 by doing the maths , a 35% gave me 1800 min and 2307 max dmg
How a 20% gave me 500 min and 600 max dmg , and a 9% gives me the same ?
The % increased dmg applies ur dmg for ur whole character

this conversation is pointless if you dont post your characters stats and items with images, not with words. make a mini video or post some images to have a clear understanding of what is going on, because from what you are saying we can only assume and even then not much

Whats the point of posting a video or image ? Im telling u my dmg b4 the craft and after the craft .
The whole thing with this thread is the craft result of the torso and the fail dmg i gained.
Imo , posting stats is pointless . Im posting u examples , like the 35% increased dmg and the dmg i gain with pauldrons.

Simple solve. Remove all you gear. Check you raw base dmg. Add torso base dmg to raw. Equip torso then see if the result is +34%. If so then your calculation error is coming from somewhere else. As @thouvou000 said without the full details of all your gear it's not possible to say where.

My gut tells me it is because you are trying to add 34% on top of all other dmg modifiers and it really does not work that way.

Hello @CODE542, I fixed the image for you, you need to paste the full image url into the tool for it to be displayed (try "open image in a new tab" to obtain the full url, or right clicking on it and "copy img url"). Also please remember that double posting is considered spam, please make use of the "edit" function if you have something to add to your last post, best regards. ;)

There are many things you need to do to make sure what is going on like the other players above said. Remove all your gear and all your wisdom points and then equip only your weapon and torso and see if it still does not give the proper dmg and then post the image that proves it too. simple isnt it?

I did the way u said and im doing the math and the numbers aren't right
I equipped weap and torso with 0 points in wisdom and for the record when i apply 32% increased dmg (16 points in wisdom) i gain 1300 min dmg & 1600 dmg just to test it etc..And all these numbers with 7.9k min dmg and 11.3k max dmg.
    So either i cant do maths , or 32% increased dmg of 7.9k - 11.3k is higher than a 32% of a 12k-15k o_O
Or % increased dmg , dso count it on its own -bigpoint- way

Looking forward to see ur answers ,
    Thanks

Like i said, i dont get what you are saying. Just make an image with your weapon and its stats and the damage you have with only your weapon equipped. So, we need an image that you will have your cursor on the weapon(so we can see its stats) + the chars stats screen. The other image will be your stats(with only the weapon equipped ofc)+ the bonus of the torso, so we can clearly see what the matter is. But we really need to see the images

OK, here comes the math nut.

As you read the next paragraph, follow along with the numbered section below as we keep a running tally of your damage in the two most recent screen shots.
Your base damage, with no gear, essence, wisdom or pets is 360. Your green essence gives you 50 damage for a total of 410. Your weapon's damage before % Increased Damage on this Item is (484+165) to (758+165) or 649-923. Your % Increased Damage on this Item is 216.01%, which means you multiply the weapon's base damage by 3.1601 to get 2050.90-2916.77. Add 410 to each of these to get 2460.90-3326.77. This rounds to 2461-3327. The error of 1 damage on the low end could be due to a rounding error in the displayed weapon damage. For example, it says the weapon's minimum damage is 484, but if the hidden decimal value was 484.4, then when you multiply by 3.1601*0.4=1.26, and the 0.4 hidden damage could easily account for the "missing" one damage. So, for the sake of argument, lets assume that my math is right so far and we say the damage is exactly 2462-3327 before proceeding to the next step. Now, your torso has 32.92% increased damage. But before we can apply that 32.92% damage, we need to add in the 59 damage from the torso to the current damage range. This gives us 2462+59=2521 and 3327+59=3386. When you multiply these by 1.3292 and then round them, you get 3351-4501 damage... Exactly what you see on your character stat page in the second image.

    1. 360 Level damage
    2. 360+50=410 Level damage and gear damage, not including weapon
    3. (484+165) to (758+165), gives you 649-923 base weapon damage
    4. 649*3.1601=2050.90 and 923*316.01=2916.77
    5. 2050.90+410=2460.90 and 2916.77+410=3326.77,
    6. 2462+59=2521 and 3327+59=3386
    7. 2521*1.3292=3350.9 and 3386*1.3292=4500.67, which rounds to 3351-4501 damage

Point of fact: No rounding system I know of would round your 32.92% damage on your torso to 34%. Your attention to detail in the opening post (or lack there of) means that without screenshots of the "before" when you had 11500-15200, I'd be more inclined to attribute your observations to a faulty memory, especially after the step seven above works out exactly as expected.

Long story short, there is no bug, miscalculation, error, or other issue with your gear. Just a lack of attention to detail before you made the change combined with a lack of understanding of the game mechanics. If you'd like to engage in a pointless exercise, you can feel free to post all your gear, wisdom, and pet bonuses, I can derive any one of your stats from scratch. This game has many bugs/issues, but the calculation of character stats is not one of them.

Lol, after looking at that screenies I thought about taking a stab at this to point out the thought problems of the op. Then I thought, "_Baragain_ will be home in a few hours and he'll probably pick this up." As well as, "He'll do a better job at it then I would anyway." Nicely done.

    LoL... Thanks, I think. :p:D

There are other complications like when you include the bonuses from Dragan or wisdom, or consider the difference between green ess and the % based essence, but for the most part, the math is really straight forward addition and multiplication. The order of the operations is the "tough" part.
