Dragan's Incensed Sword??

This part is pretty funny, seeing as the indicator is the opposite for Fire Mini Bosses. Congratulations on your future gem holder if you play for any extended period of time .

 

I was going to say something similar.

I admire the dedication that it takes to farm an item that is so easily rendered obsolete. Even a good crafted exo 2H axe could beat that, and a legendary easily puts it out of it's misery.

 

The team is already aware of this bug. There is no ETA for a fix at this time, but I'd be willing to bet that it will be R176 or later. It isn't so earth shattering that it deserves a hotfix after all.

I finally managed to make enough GoPs to get my exo axe to 55, but I now lost some defensive stats since I removed the ones from the pauldrons and torso:

Even though I still haven't managed to craft my second 2/3, and considering my gems and GoPs, I'm better off using this rather than try to craft it into a 3/4.

Just curious:
Can you dye the sword? Does it change its colour after you dye it or does it maintain its elemental colour?

 

If I were guessing, and my guesses are usually rather good, the flame colored part of the blade would stay that color, but the black parts of the handle and guard are likely what would change color.

 

I think the blade can't be dyed ... only the hilt would change some of its color.

Can i craft lvl2 dragan weapon with 3 different stones, like 1 of each kind..?what maybe the result?i have 2 stone red and green.

 

It needs to be 3 of a kind.

 

I was deceived by the thumbnail..., I expected it to look kinda cool, but it's a bit ugly looking after all...

 

The only reason i have crafted that staff is because of wiki ... otherwise I would just sell all the parts and stones ... like I did with my ranger at live server.

 

Well, seems Bara was right xD. Also, now all classes can poop, not just RAs with their mushrooms xD. Yay...

 

Totally agree, its a damn shame that something so cool looking is an average weapon compared to crafted ones. Maybe if they increased the magic chance 5% to 20% it could be useful. For new players its an okay weapon, for 2.0 chars a nice looking prop piece.

For 90% of the players, crafting a better weapon is impossible.

I'm trying to craft my first 3/4 legendary bow since Crafting 2.0 appeared at live servers and nothing good came out.

That Bow will help a bit my damage (like 200 more damage) and I have also to consider the "explosion" skill on it.

Its very possible and very easy. Get into a group and just farm 3 boss stonekeep, and/or do a lot of pvp and accumulate honor points and buy 1H longbows at what i think is 1500 honor badges a pop. Set your cutoff of increased weapon % lower, such as 30% for a 1H (for your 1H bow or other 1H types) or 45 or 55% for a 2H (for others toon types going for 2H). (At the same time you're doing this, set aside any gold line weapon damage% items)

My mech used a technique like this and quickly obtained a 140%-99 2H legendary gun. I then used that gun to farm the better pieces (it made soloing level 1 stonekeep easy) for my almost perfect 2H gun. And you might be able to craft an extraordinary bow with 2 gold lines of weapon damage% .

At the same time, I'm obtaining more gems and melts than I would have if I focused on this dragan weapon.

 

And what did I get after I craft those 3 stones and one t2 sword, just elemental t2 sword or an elemental t3 sword?
Or should I use that gnob's stone with three t2 swords to get a t3 sword?
I have 3 poison stones and 4 weapon parts and not sure if I should craft it right now (DK lv 47 atm) or wait till I hit lv 50.

 

Actually, I have a (DPS wise) better staff than Dragan's..., it was a drop from Heredur fatal months ago, and I think even my old staff was, at the very least, on par with it, and it also was a random drop.

On my DK, for instance, it would be nice, since I invest very little time playing with him, but for that very reason, Dragan's sword isn't viable, if my SW isn't getting anything and I use 90% of my playtime on him, I'd better not put my hopes on it.

All in all, if I got a random legendary from fatal that I considered was quite decent, but still had some room for improvement AND it happens to be better than the trendy unique released by BP, then I tag that unique as manure automatically, any unique item that can be easily replaced for a random legendary drop with a moderate amount of effort is manure for all I care, just my 2 cents.

 

Agreed... which is why I love my Bloodtooth rings. No legendary can beat that for total stats offered. That is what a unique should be; not a weapon that takes a mountain of farming time for a weapon that hasn't been competitive compared to legendaries since before the weapon was introduced.

 

Elemental T3 sword.

It was described to us that the pieces of the weapon were the "Tier 1" items, the non elemental sword is the "Tier 2," and the elemental weapons are the "Tier 3" items shown on the event page. Also, you can combine any T3 item with three other stones to switch it's elemental type without having to farm the T2 weapon again.

Regarding crafting the weapon, it would likely be in your best interests to wait so that you get a LVL 50 weapon. It should be easy to level up three more levels father quickly.

But what if I craft a t2 sword right now (lv 47), and then when I reach lv 50 craft the sword with the stones(sword lv 47 and three stones), do I get a t3 sword lv 50?
Need a decent weapon right now because I loose exo axe with two gold line %increased damage. Crafted that axe to a legwithout realizing there was a 1h mace inserted into craft slot so it was un-revertable (lack of sleep is bad guys)

Most probably it will be an item at your level ...
Also ... i think you can craft the same weapon multiple times. You can craft T3 poisonous weapon i.e ... and after that using 3 different stones (fire or lightning) and poisonous T3 weapon will result in different elemental weapon.
Anyway ... it should be at your level when you craft it.
