    Hi,

After you open a ticket with support in your native language, you get a survey to sort-of grade the guy / gal who replied. My question is, do they count for anything? Is there anyone looking at the results of that reply or they are just to make us feel good. Also, do you think it's a good practice to reply to the client`s and then close the ticket without waiting to see if there is anything else or even if you've actually fixed the issue in question?

    Thanks

I don't know what language team you are working with but the team I work with are always great about making sure that the issue is resolved. I don't get the survey until we have both signed off on the issue being fixed or ... if not fixable by the first level support team... at least to the point where we can both say it has been passed along to those that can fix it.

Oh come on, it ain't that scary, at least the DS1 isn't .. you should try DS2 ending part, now that was some really scary stuff :D!
Any update on when will new the class arive?

Have a nice day (wave) :)

  4. Butting in to answer a couple of q'ns to help out...
CM Haruki checked and the dates are confirmed.

They actually do. At least, they do for the EN team. We get passed on kudos from uber-happy ticket senders and we get a "Oi! Wot's going on 'ere then?!" when our tickety skills leave a player with a frowny face. It should be the same for your Support team.

Also, tickets should not be closed off until the issue is resolved to the satisfaction of both the sender and the admin doing the processing. Unless it becomes.... well... something of a stale-mate and it's just going around in circles, or the ticket sender's request is not feasible and the reasons have already been explained in full. Again, all teams should be operating the same way.

Actually as much as I hate to publicly admit it, I just had a run-in with support myself on a problem I had ingame yesterday...
And not only was I treated politely and fairly, the problem i had was in fact resolved to my satisfaction within only 3 hours!!!

The dude I talked to (Alex-please-BP-that-dude-should-get-a-raise) even trew in a couple of jokes that made me crack a smile at the computerscreen... Who knew that people working for BP still had humor left? ;)

    Cheers!

Is this the place to ask about if (and if yes when) a new class is appearing? And also, what kind of archetype would it be? (My guess would be an agile melee so either Rogue, Demon Hunter ala wow, Monk (please no, I like the fully western atmosphere) or Brawler).

Knowing what direction the game is heading to ... the new class would be probably Shaolin Monk.

I have been plagued with "not enough" (mana, concentration, etc), my dragonknight reached level 36 and then was struck by this plague. I have never found a way to get rid of this problem. Now all my characters have this and I have recently got a premium subscription. I really don't want to give up Drakensang, so am using my level 29 spellweaver, but it is hard work, many times killed. So frustrating!

    Advice greatly appreciated.

Huh? "Not enough" of a resource means that you need to let the Mana recharge (if SW) or hit some things/get hit (as a DK). It is one of the game's most basic mechanics and I'm confused how you could get to 29/36 without understanding this; thus my confusion.

What would be really cool imo is to add a chainmail-wearing (only armor class lacking since even the dwarf is more on plates) Inquisitor, he can have self/group minor heals and buffs. A Holy magic wielder also doesn't sound too bad.

There has been discussion of a support class before, but the problem is that it would be very tough to solo with a toon like that and they would be reliant on a group.

I'd prefer that all classes be given support skills that could be obtained from spending points earned while playing in a team. For example, right now a DK can increase teammates HP with the Battle Frenzy. It would be nice if more kills like that were added. Maybe all classes use less resources if standing in a DK's Banner, or a RA's wolves could regen HP for the team, or any one standing in a SM's shrapnel has increased defenses, or any attacks against a monster marked with a SW's charge from lightning attacks adds +5%-+10% more damage based on top of the damage done in the form of lightning damage. It isn't hard to come up with ideas, and it would truly encourage team play and could easily extend to a new class. These team skills could even be designed around the class's archetype. Maybe a DK's would me more defense oriented, a RA's could be poison/leach (HP and other resources) and nature related, a SM's could be damage/mechanical summon based, and a SW's could be damage/elemental based, and the new archetype could be healer related team powers so that they aren't screwed over when it comes to solo play.

Ofc the groupwise buffs would come from talents while he should be able to solo without much effort. Think about him as a melee striker with some short range spells plus a couple of buffs and heals so that depending on the situation and the enemy he can chose his best setup.

Add to this a badass Inquisitor/Templar-ish look with holy chainmails and morning stars, hammers, scepters and whatever it fits.

I understand that OK, its just that the effect is critical, so I have switched to another character. That, too, eventually reaches the same blockage, but I've only been playing for some 6-7 months. By now, though I can handle it and mostly it is OK. Still get killed often. Need a supply of universal health potions.

Hello Haruki. Thx for the answer, well i dont need a auto loot system . It was just an idea that people can farm more relaxed:)

My other question: Why you make this new set of mages Q8 Set such OP?

They can make perma stuns now with iceshots and get the best class.

Look that Video minuta 15 and 15sekonds. .
You can spam this new ice shot permanent without waiting... Thats not fair. It will crash PvP too.

Uh i'm not really sure where to address this question, and yes I have read the same question as mine in this thread
So I'll ask again, really? And then, why?
    Just wondering.

I agree with both these players, why? Are we doing something wrong and if so what? I have tried going down to lower grade weapons, my spellbinder is the least affected but even he dies a lot in battle, when he stands surrounded by enemies but cannot do anything, just stands there until he is poleaxed, while his mana doesn't recharge. So frustrating.

can u please make something about getting kicked back in town after i get a nebula error in a boss room ,its very frustrating , i am a tank and for exaplme i go with a group to any Q fatal or in dragan event , i get a nebula error wich seem to got alot more then before and i get sent back in town ... wich sucks in Paralel World lets say i can go back with teleport but that is also not cool becouse i have to spend materi fragments or andermant , but in dragan event i cant even go back if i dont have red pearl .So not only that is bad for me is also bad for the rest of the group becouse most fatal bosses cant be done without tank. Also this affects me in pvp , i get nebula then i have to wait 15 min to go back , i dont know why the option for leaving from pvp is not eliminated allready and with that the waiting time also.
