Bug with login in the game a few characters

It's been over two weeks since I opened the ticket and still no fix to that bug.

It's very annoying for me, I have to restart many times everytime I go to the city to empty the inventory and to travel back to any map, I loose track of what's being said in chats and I end up getting tired of restarting again and again.

Any news about when this will get fixed?

 

Hi ,since the release 164 , I can't play too with my chars lvl 50 , but no problem with the others
Not always a brown screen , but when it's not a brown screen I can't see others players in Cardhun , only their pets and I can't sell or buy anything .I can't leave the game properly too .

How many days we must wait to play again with our main chars ?

2 events lost ,and Premium too !

My last message was not a spam, but ok... I would quote it again but i won't do it. You know all this really was a nerve wrecking experience and the administration won't give us a detailed explanation what was/is wrong about it. A lot of users lost many things including payed prems, exp, farm e.t.c . For a change it would be nice to accept your fault as a company and repay your users. Last message from me, thanks for your reply.

You already know we can't help you. We can only forward the matter to the technical team, and we already did, and make announcement if solution to the problem is found.

i think i know the broblem i have say in greek foroum many times but they not listen to me my opinion is, the problem start from internet connection the day with 164 release i have some problems with my connection they fix it i have again internet and youtube facebook all work!! but only the game not work and the 50 lvls characteres, i try to say this, the 50 lvl after to much release an the game its now 1100MB the 50 lvl players need much more speeds, here in my area we have problem not very good internet i pay to have 24 line connection and i have only 4 and i think for that we can not play many people we low connection speed ask people who play from problem areas and you see they have this problem.
i go to my sister it is inthe city and my 50lvl play very well i give my accound to my sister and my frinds and make login and play perfect only from my area i have problem.
and the bad is you see the photo i play with my son and if i go to town and i stuck? then stuck and my son when he go to the city !
if i leave them in stuck and i go to open one page youtube fb or somthing, they not open they not work nothing, only if i close the game then he work all pages again i hope to help technical support with this i have see one month now.
