Advent Codes?

Why do the Advent codes default to what DSO considers to be your main character? I'm pretty sure this has been taking place since update 158. We should be able to decide where we want these rewards.

 

The shipping box arrives to any open character. You don't have to open it. It's ok to switch toons and open it where you want it.

 

Understood but in this instance and a few others I have the destination toon open but the box does not arrive. I have refreshed and still no box. I have then opened a secondary toon and "bam" there it is. Switch toons to my "main" and no box present, go back to the secondary and there it is. Others in our guild have encounterered the same thing. Not a huge deal but I'll fire off a ticket to support.

Sounds like a support issue now.
It has happened in the past, but support blew it off as a BigPoint issue.

 

Some boxes give via a script goto the first toon logged in. Once they goto that toon they are stuck on that toon. These codes should be entered via the game while logged in your toon. If you click the box and say hey I want this item on my other toon click the change user while the item is on the screen.
