credit card payment not seen by Bigpoint

    Attempted several times to use my credit card to purchase Anderments. First attempt with message : please wait payment processing. I waited few hours and still nothing. I contacted support and received their email stating my case is closed as they didn't find it. Attempted again today with credit card going through my bank for verification. However, after I enter my name and the last 3 digits on back of my card there is no way to submit the information with only alternative to go back and try again.

    Still having issues and wish you would assist.

    Please be so kind and try clearing your cache and cookies, then empty the DSOClient folder. After doing this, please try to make another purchase, and if it fails, take a screenshot of this page and contact our Customer Care Team for this matter, and please try to include screenshots of this issue. The Support contact form can be found here and you should select the general section, not the payment section.
