It is working.
You can't test it like that ... you should take off all your equipment so you can have one straight damage value (without critical rate, critical damage and max-min damage).
I have tested it not just now but in between last two events as well ... and it is working.

 

well you can see that with and without pet dmg is 383...crit 766...conastntly...i test it before cuz i have doll form last event

 

Could be wrong, but I don't think Gorga would qualify for the benefits of the pet. It's not an "End boss."

In general the pet 5% bonus is misleading anyway. If you reduce a mobs armor by 5%, say from 4000 to 3800, the actual additional damage would be about 1%. So instead of hitting it for 400 you would hit it for 404. The additional damage would depend on the mobs starting armor. It's like the rabbit that raises crit hit rate by 5%. In reality it raises crit chance by about 0.6%.

Raptor is the best damage pet goin. 5% speed is 5% more damage. no tricks or secondary calculations.

Like BigPapa said I don't know if it is working on Gorga (but it should since it is working with Sigrismarr).
I have tested it and working 100% on these bosses: Destructor, Khalys, Sigrismarr and Mortis.

Turn your sound on ... you should hear armor breaking sound when it is working (similar to Eye Brow and Singularity).

 

Value of raptor depends on if it gets you past a speed breakpoint. It might not, in which case it has no value.

 

Nova stole my comment, but yea... what he said. Fortunately, it gets me up one speed break point for Smash (I think... I'd have to double check that it isn't RS/AS).

But there should be difference in hits at least 386 or 772
O and rabbit increas 3% as i recall ...

O we have to take little dwarf and majorica with us or they will kill us .
I tried it on sigrismarr and herald as well but maybe they aren't "end boss"

But in that case it should only work on Destructor cuz he is end boss
