what does 1,15 speed mean

    Sorry I am a noob and I can't seem to find any definitions to what enchants #,# mean

    Can someone point educate me or point me to the right place to look?

    That's how fast your weapon fires/swings/shoots.

    The higher the number the faster the weapon operates.

    so what exactly does each number mean? I'm sure it is not 1 hit for every 15 sec....

    The comma is equal to the decimal place.....so 1.15. It is written as a comma in many parts of the world, and written that way in DSO, so just read it as a decimal. 1.15 attacks a second.

    The comma is considered as a decimal point, so your attack speed is 1.15 attacks per second :)
