Bug bug i am getting after recent update

    I am getting the this error after the recent update

    "Nebula3 Application Error"
    FMOD ERROR : ChannelGroup::release()[10]

    Thread: Audio2Interface Thread

    then drakensang appllication crashes
    I'm using chrome to play

    I just tried to upload the game myself and got the same message. I've tried using both IE(What I normally use) and Chrome. I was really hoping to get some game play in today. Guess that's out the window.

    I tried to access it by using the download version but I still keep getting the same message.

    I got the same message. I restarted the game and all is well.

    you need to fix your game connecting system or something, why can't i connect properly and no lag from where i'm from theres some people playing this game in canada too, my internet is working fine but its pretty lag and keep getting disconnecting i can't play at all! i just wasted a lot of andermants reviving myself on dragan event for nothing.
    this lag is going on for like a month already and i don't know where to complain about this on forum so i'm posting it right here.

    first of all, no need to write 2 posts when you can simply use "edit" button and add more text to your previous post, you should try that. Second of all, we can read even if it's written in normal letters, not a screaming ones; they are also not allowed.
    This time I fixed your posts, but next time I will simply delete it.

    Please make sure that you double check you connection speed. I have notice lately that something with chrome, my system, and this game does not jive. I can not use Chrome anymore and will try again once chrome updates.
     
  7. @ squall03661 The FMOD error is known. Please read the R147 Release Notes - Known Issues

    The FMOD errors are related to this:


    Audio:
    We have updated our audio middleware technology to Fmod Studio.
    This will allow us to improve and update the audio system, update the sounds and include a more fluid interactive music system.
    This will eventually improve the audio in the game, but we are experiencing some early teething problems.

    I've not been able to play for about 4-5 days now because of the above...is there anything I can do?

    And I cleared the temp files, flushed dns and uninstalled / reinstalled ..help, must play!

    Hello there, estevek ; really sorry to hear that you are unable to play Drakensang Online - we know the feeling. Please be so kind and send a ticket to your Support and explain as much as you can about your issue, also, if you happen to have any technical data i.e. crash reports send them along too.That is all I can suggest for now. I really hope you get your issue properly fixed. Thank you.

    thanks for the response, appreciate that. I might just buy a new lap top...I will send a ticket to Support and get the ball rolling. Truly having withdrawal symptons...been playing here for 5+ years...:)
