i accidentaly to destroyed my white shield lvl 36

    You should contact support.
    BTW you can buy white shield from the merchant ... it is not something that you can't afford.

    As Trak said, you need to contact support. The Forum Moderators (GMs) can't do anything to help you on the forum. They will also just tell you to contact support.

    It may be that the OP accidentally threw the shield on the ground to destroy it and it contained a lot of glyphs? (I personally don't know how many glyphs can be contained in a white shield, though, but it may be a lot to a newer player.)

    ...and they don't!!!

    If anyone destroys any item with GoP in it, BP won't reinstate or reimburse the amount of GoP nor AM invested in that item!!!
    This happened to my brother and that was the answer he got from support team...they only gave him a white shield!!!

    If you have the cash for it, it can go up to 3.815.955 GoP and will cost you 377.596 AM (over €300) just for 1 item...cool hei:p
