Change character looks/name

I'm relatively new to the game, and I'm wondering if it is possible to change the looks/name of your character. The hair that I chose for my character in the beginning is growing old on me, and I would like to change it.

 

appearance: You can do this I am sure. when I restarted playing at Xmass I was given that option for free, I think there is an option to changes your characters appearance, but you have to pay for it.

Name: I do not think this is an option, but one I would like to see added.

 

Doubt it... or if they allow a changeable function, it'll probably cost real currency like a character class change.

 

It's like $12.xx USD to change name and appearance. Pretty pricey for such a minor change.

 

That is correct.

To the OP - You may have a free change available. It is on the character selection screen. I believe it looks like a gear (round-mechanical thing) but not 100% sure. Mouse over some of the buttons on the character selection screen. Or, if that doesn't work, press them. (They require confirmation, so you can cancel whatever you're doing if you're careful).
