The one that gives you what you need most.

 

Wand has two stats you want to look at. Weapon damage % and speed %. Each help with damage. If you have a really high weapon increase % anything over 80% to me is high for wand then it maximizes your ruby upgrades. The speed % will capitalize on all damage sources. It is good to have both the problem I have with my wand is the upgrade is extremely high. I have had 4 legendary wands and the highest to upgrade is the one I kept.

Ball you should focus on block rate and blocked damage reduction. For me from 1-29 a green or even white ball upgraded really high seems to do better than a magic extro and legendary ball. Simply due to the upgrade costs. I tend to use block rate %

For book there are 3 different mods to look for. I got a book with 3x + damage mods that is good but would prefer 3x critical mods. The last one to look for is critical damage %.

edit: played around with books. found the most damage increase comes from % critical damage. Having above 15% does quite a lot. Having critical+ helps but can use GoP to raise that some. Damage is always a plus just in my testings helped the lease with killing 300.

With orbs from 30-39 extraordinary Orbs seem like a good match 2x Block rate% 1x Damage reduction % 40-45 should be working on legendary shields. Level 43 seems like the best end results. 2x block rate% and 2x damage reduction.

Suggestion.
Upgrade wand and orb higher than you char level.

 

Or....OR....or...... (assuming 45) Legen wand with x2 increased dmg, x2 speed, and Riddle....BAM..Problem Solved

I love your enthusiasm Yes riddle has its place but I have never heard of anyone soloing mortis with it.
