Giving Props.

Alot of us complain about...well everything, so I was thinking "Who do we feel DESERVES a pat on the back?". Yes, this was created out of complete boredum, no runs going on whatsoever. BUT! I feel all of us have one or more people we just give a clap too. I guess i'll go first:

Yesterday in 3v3, me and GM was just messin around, we ended up getting a match. Was me, GM and a field marshall. Other team was Kotos and another field marshall. Anyways, we killed off the kotos and left the dk FM left, 3 maned him, but what I feel this guy deserves is a bit of props why is because with my dmg gear, I range to 850-1050 dmg, and my magic missle did a average of 22 dmg to this guy, no crit. Yes, probably extreme p2p, but that is just insane, awesome dk as far as that goes.

Hope others can give a similar or close to example of something they marvelled at. (A different direction in the forums if one would call it that)

 

A bit off topic but, magic missile is what you don't want against strong DKs. It does physical damage so armor counts, and they will have plenty of that. On the other hand, ice bolt does ice damage and slows them down quite a bit, which is important for somebody with no range. As far as free skills go (the ones that don't use up mana), ice bolt is the only one worth mentioning against DKs, with the exception of chain lightning with the purpose of charging for a lightning strike.
The worst twinks I found were lvl 10 or so, with permanent blocking and 1 damage per hit from my noobies. They die just fine to an endgame char though 8)

 

Oh I know, I'm just giving an example of how OP this guys char is.

 

I'd like to give props to all of us, the players, who have stuck with this game:

1) through the frustrating bug infestation periods; 2) through the long hours of farming; and 3) through the thousands of boss kills and not getting the unique we want/need (Curse You, Khalys!!!!!)

I know this sounds like another complaint, but it's really not. I'm past complaining about those things now. I'm at the point of acceptance. This really is a salute to all of us, the players, who have had the tenacity and perseverance to keep playing!

Now, brave fighters, go and defend Dracania from the evils that have befallen it!

 

A few ad'da boys I wanna hand are....

1) The players. Like Multi stated everyone put up with a bunch of crap from time to time with this game. Some were down right tragic. And We Survived!

2) To narrow it down, props to the handful that just turns my day around. I could be in a "postal" kinda mood. Get on the forums and lmao at some of the comments. Than I log in and Kill Kill Kill!

4) I'll probably get bottles and stuff thrown at me for this......BP devs themselves. It seems lately that they finally got the message we've been stating for a while now. Bugs getting fixed, FREE gifts. I don't remember them giving out codes last year. Compensation for train wrecks , transparency. Great start BP, keep it up.

And I'll end it with a question....I'm pretty good in the arena. How can a lvl 42 ardent legionnaire get so OP that I only cause approx 100 damage and just got so owned by him?

 

I'm not gonna throw anything. I agree with you here. Things were very bad for a while, and I was one of the most vocal about it, probably, but they definitely have turned things around lately. They're not perfect (no human can be), but they're doing much better, and I'm not above giving props where they are due.
